Using our own high quality multi-axis CNC grinding machines, we can sharpen tools ranging in size from 25mm x 25mm (1" x 1") to 254mm x 305mm (10" x 12"), with bore diameters up to 76mm (3").  This includes shank or shell designs with straight or spiral gash. We are also able to sharpen spur and helical shaper cutters.  In-house tool resharpening turn-around will be 2 to 3 days. We can even add coatings to improve tool life.
